  The first stage is to decide what the customer needs (functions, design, colour, packaging, size, standards, legal requirements, target price). Here are some sample designs for pest repellers which we presented to one of our customers.

  Each of these designs has the same functions, as selected by the customer, but the shape is different. The customer can select any of the shapes we present and this shape then becomes the exclusive property of that customer.

  The customer then receives a sample mould for approval. Often, when he sees the mould, he thinks of other ideas to improve the design. We keep producing moulds until the customer is very happy with the design.

  The next stage is to submit the product for testing, to meet any international standards the customer needs. This is done independently from our company.

When all of the legal and safety legislation for the customer’s market has been achieved and passed, we commence to manufacture the product.   Over 80% of all our work is completed without the use of sub-contractors, so we fully control quality. We manufacture most of the sub-components ourselves, and only packaging and a small number of sub-assemblies are sourced from other suppliers.   Our quality control procedures are monitored to international standards ISO9001 and TUV.

  The final stage is to produce high quality packaging to the customers own design. We can supply the same product in many different forms of packaging for different countries.
